Welcome to Fleur de Miel, operated by Lauren Ashley Russell Wellness. By using this Site - including booking sessions, purchasing offerings, or subscribing to content - you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Services & Offerings
We provide wellness-based services including somatic intensives, couples work, retreats, online courses, and complimentary discovery calls. Some offerings are educational or experiential in nature and are not a substitute for licensed mental health treatment unless explicitly agreed upon within a formal therapeutic relationship. This is not a replacement for medical or clinical treatment.
2. Payments & Cancellations
• Payment is required at the time of booking or registration unless otherwise specified.
• Complimentary discovery calls must be scheduled in advance.
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund or credit, depending on the offering.
• Deposits for retreats and events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Digital courses and downloadable products are non-refundable once access is granted.
3. No Guarantees
Our offerings are designed to support transformation and healing, but individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site - including text, audio, video, graphics, digital courses, and session materials - is the property of Lauren Ashley Russell and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written consent.
5. Professional Relationship
Booking a session or participating in an offering does not create a therapeutic relationship. Any therapeutic engagement must be formally contracted, documented, and conducted under applicable licensure regulations.
6. Code of Conduct
We maintain a respectful and safe environment for all participants. Disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful behavior may result in removal from any offering without refund.
